Privacy
1. Controller
Coiffeur Angel, Müllerstr. 118, 13349 Berlin, Germany.
Phone: 030 45799499. E-mail: [E-mail address — to be supplied by the client].
2. Principle
This website is deliberately built to collect as little as possible. There are no cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no social media plug-ins and no advertising networks. That is also why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
3. Fonts
The typefaces used (Instrument Serif, Epilogue) are bundled at build time and served from our own server. Loading this page makes no connection to Google Fonts or any other third-party server.
4. Server log files
When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type, volume of data transferred). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website. This data is not combined with any other data.
5. Contact form
If you write to us through the form, we process the data you provide (name, phone number or e-mail address, message) solely in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by ticking the box. You may withdraw that consent at any time with future effect — a phone call or an informal message is enough. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
To guard against automated submissions the form contains a hidden field (a "honeypot"). It stores no data about you.
6. Telephone
If you call us, we process what you tell us in the call in order to deal with your request. No recording takes place.
7. External link
The site links to OpenStreetMap. No map is embedded; a connection to openstreetmap.org is made only if you click the link. The OpenStreetMap Foundation is the controller for any processing there.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the competent one is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
9. Changes
We will update this statement if the website or the legal situation changes.
